Anglicans To Create Parallel Church To Avoid Split Over Homosexuality

Posted by soldierservant on February 25, 2008

Original link. I say that the Bible – believing Anglicans should say “no deal” and leave anyway, because they would still be in communion with the apostates, who of course would then in short order simultaneously work on infiltrating the “conservative” branch AND pressuring the Anglican leadership to force the conservative branch to accept homosexuality or shut it down. The Bible – believing Anglicans should not just be looking at today, but 10 – 20 years down the road when mainstream Christianity will almost certainly have stopped calling sin what it is.

The
Archbishop of Canterbury is backing secret plans to create a “parallel”
Church for American conservatives to avert fresh splits over
homosexuality.

  • Have your say: Is a parallel church the way forward?
  • Dr
Rowan Williams has held confidential talks with senior American bishops
and theologians who oppose the pro-gay policies of their liberal
    leaders.A
handful of hardline American dioceses are already defecting from the
Episcopal Church, the American branch of Anglicanism, and transferring
their loyalties to a conservative archbishop in South America.

    Dr
Williams is desperate to minimise further damage in the run up to the
once-a-decade Lambeth Conference this summer which could be boycotted
by more than a fifth of the world’s bishops. His
recent comments backing aspects of sharia law have heightened tensions
by further alienating Africans who are struggling with militant Islam
    in their dioceses.

    According to insiders, Dr
Williams has given his blessing to the plans to create an enclave for
up to 20 conservative American bishops that would insulate them from
their liberal colleagues. The scheme would allow
them to remain technically within the Episcopal Church but under the
care of like-minded archbishops from abroad.

    The
Primate of the West Indies, Archbishop Drexel Gomez, a moderate
conservative, has agreed to participate, and other primates could be
recruited. However, the initiative is likely to
infuriate liberal leaders of the Episcopal Church, who will see it as
an attempt to undermine their authority and interfere in their affairs.

    Presiding
Bishop Katherine Jefferts Schori, the head of the Episcopal Church, has
been cracking down on any diocese or parish that seeks to leave, and
numerous legal actions are under way. She and her
colleagues have already rejected similar proposals suggested at a
meeting in Tanzania last year of all the primates, the leaders of the
38 independent Churches that constitute the Anglican Communion.

    However,
she met a group of conservative bishops and theologians in New York
last week after hearing that Dr Williams was sympathetic to the new
proposals. Dr Williams, whose leadership has been
under growing attack from conservatives, has been privately encouraging
such a development for a number of years. So far, however, he has
failed to broker a deal with Bishop Jefferts Schori, a feminist who
backed the 2003 consecration of Gene Robinson as Anglicanism’s first
    openly gay bishop.

    With several hundred of the
world’s 880 bishops expected to boycott the Lambeth Conference in
Canterbury, a schism is looking inevitable unless Dr Williams can paper
over the cracks.Lambeth Palace declined to comment.

These Religious Right Leaders KNEW That George Bush Is Not A Christian And LIED!

Posted by soldierservant on February 25, 2008

This gives the list of preachers that supported Bush for reelection
knowing that he was not a christian. Falwell was among them, so he was a
bushbot neocon like the others. I guess his son is no better. It is likely that
these leaders knew about him but was silent. Since most of them are
masons themselves they are probably cronies with Bush.

This is EXACTLY why ChristianExodus.org exists.  The very candidate promoted and
touted by ALL of our Christian leaders as such a wonderfully strong Christian
president doesn’t even believe Jesus Christ when He said, “I am the way, the
truth and the life. No man comes to the Father except through me.”

WHY are our leaders such as Dobson, Falwell, Robertson, et. al. misleading us?
Why do they insist that President Bush is a Godly Christian man in spite of his
infidelity to Christ and the U.S. Constitution?

Why do they lie to us?

Here is what the president really believes about Jesus Christ:

    GOOD MORNING AMERICA
    New York, New York
    October 26, 2004

PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW  CHARLES GIBSON, ABC NEWS

CG: Do we all worship the same God, Christian and Muslim?
    GWB: I think we do.

CG: Do Christians and non-Christians and Muslims go to heaven in your mind?
GWB: Yes, they do. We have different routes of getting there…

My friends, Christians worship a Triune God with salvation only vested in Jesus
Christ the Son.  Muslims do not worship a Triune God nor believe that Jesus
Christ was deity.  How can Bush claim to be a Christian and not understand this
basic dogmatic tenet of Christianity?  The answer is that he is indeed NOT a
Christian.  For crying out loud, he said that “non-Christians and Muslims” are
going to Heaven because there are “different routes of getting there….”  Do
we need any more proof that he is not one of us?

I’m more convinced than ever that a Christian emigration is the only strategy
for returning Godly governance to our land.

    In His service,
    Cory Burnell
    President

John McCain Is A Liberal Gun Grabber by Pastor Chuck Baldwin

Posted by soldierservant on February 22, 2008

    http://www.chuckbaldwinlive.com/subscribe.php

Most conservative Christians probably disagree with Chuck on this since he thinks McCain is the worse threat, not Obama. According to him McCain is as bad as Giulani.
My view is that they are all bad. No matter who we get they are all the
same and pushing the same agenda, which is pro-muslim, pro-illegal,
    pro-war, pro-abortion, high taxes, anti-gun, and anti-christian. But I
see his point that if a liberal gets it the neocons will fight them. But
among Obama supporters I seen signs that said republicans for Obama, so
I wouldn’t be too sure of that. If Bush is such a christian then why do
we still have ungodly public education and even that is going downhill?
Also why is islam spreading more because of this war if Bush is a
christian? Wouldn’t it be the other way around? If he was called by God
to do this war wouldn’t there be more christians as a result, and not
less? All his evil fruits speak for himself. Bush is not even a
worthless servant because he never belonged to Christ to begin with,
which I am thinking many of his supporters are the same, especially the
religious wolves in sheep’s clothing. Just this morning I got a message
from McCain on my answering machine saying he was a Reagan conservative.
It was all lies. I could even hear it in his voice that he didn’t
believe what he was saying. Not a very good con. I don’t think there is
much need to worry about him because he seems unelectable to me. I guess
it depends and how many fools there are that swallow Hannity’s BS. But
then we know we are living in America where anything ridiculous can
happen, like the unpopular vote winning the election. Doesn’t that make
you proud of this country where we become a mockery of ourselves? Pride
of fools, how pathetic. Many compare the present state of this nation to
the decadence of Rome before it fell. Pride comes before the fall. All
this americanism is proof of our nation in pride and most certainly will
fall because of it. All the prideful fools don’t realize how we are
losing our nation. All of these politicians that fools worship are
turning this nation into another third world country. It is all these
globalists like Bush and all the rest that fools look up to are selling
out our sovereignty and everything else underneath us. That is nothing
to be prideful about. Life is not treasured in this nation and has
become so cheap that a lot are committing these murder suicides we hear
in the news. They will go to their reward. All the abortion and
warmongering has brought a death culture and this death curse upon this
nation and it will not get any better unless this nation repents. Also
those who do not learn from the past are condemned to repeat it. There
are so many parallels to the past whether it is Rome or Nazi, Germany.
Even ancient Israel’s downfall for forsaking God where they listened to
false prophets while persecuting the true prophets, much like today. God
does not bless evil and so this country is not blessed by God. All these
fools call abortion, recession, outsourcing, rampant crime,
homelessness, and war a blessing? Jesus said woe to those who call evil
good. It is no wonder that those who love this world will not enter
God’s kingdom and that there will be a day of reckoning. The bible says
that Satan is the god of this world, so those who love it love Satan
more than God. Those who get away with evil are storing up for the day
of wrath. Enjoy while you can because all this nonsense will pass away
and those who are not true to Christ will be forgotten throughout all
eternity. All those who hate God need not worry because where they are
going He will not be there.

The last thing we need is another liberal neocon in the White House.
If the Presidency of George W. Bush proved anything, it proved the
hazard of electing phony Republican conservatives. At least one is
able to clearly see a liberal for what he or she is when they have a
“D” behind their name. But put an “R” behind the name and suddenly
their liberal, Big-Government, anti-freedom agenda is barely
recognized, which makes a liberal Republican much more dangerous than
    a liberal Democrat.

Let me say it straight out: a John McCain Presidency would be far
worse than a Barack Obama Presidency. With a Democrat in the White
House, conservatives and Christians suddenly find their principles and
are able to offer resistance. Put a Republican in the Oval Office,
however, and those same people become blind, deaf, and dumb to most
    any principle they profess.

Nowhere is McCain’s chicanery and duplicity more jeopardous than in
the area of the right to keep and bear arms. On issues relating to the
Second Amendment, John McCain is a disaster! For example, the highly
respected Gun Owners of America (GOA) rates McCain with a grade of F-.
McCain’s failing grade is well deserved.

John McCain sponsored an amendment to S. 1805 on March 2, 2004 that
would outlaw the private sale of firearms at gun shows. According to
GOA, the provision would effectively eliminate gun shows, because
every member of an organization sponsoring a gun show could be
imprisoned if the organization fails to notify each and every “person
who attends the special firearms event of the requirements [under the
    Brady Law].”

John McCain also sponsored an Incumbent Protection provision to the
so-called “Campaign Finance Reform” bill, which severely curtails the
ability of outside groups (such as GOA) to communicate the actions of
incumbent politicians to members and supporters prior to an election.

The GOA report of the 106th Congress reveals that out of 15 votes
relating to the right to keep and bear arms, Senator John McCain voted
favorably only 4 times. Put that into a percentage and McCain’s
pro-Second Amendment voting record is a pathetic 27%.

In addition, GOA warns that John McCain supported legislation that
would force federal agents to increase efforts in arresting and
convicting honest gun owners who may inadvertently violate one of the
many federal anti-gun laws, which punish mere technicalities, such as
    gun possession.

For example, if John McCain’s proposed legislation were to become law,
a gun owner who travels with a gun through a school zone or who uses
one of the family handguns to go target shooting with a 15-year old
could be sent to prison. And a person who uses a gun for self-defense
could be sent to prison for a mandatory minimum of five years.

But there is so much more to the McCain madness.

Former California State Senator H.L. “Bill” Richardson wrote this
about John McCain, “He’s [McCain’s] proven his dislike for
conservatives and would gut us at every opportunity.

“Why do I say that? Because of three decades of experience as a
Republican California Senator and a fifty year activist in the
conservative movement. I have first hand, in-their-face experience
with elitist RINO’s (Republican in Name Only) office holders. They are
biblically ignorant, power hungry, status seeking egotists who have no
difficulty aiding their liberal Democrat colleagues whenever their
arms are politely twisted. The one thing they have in common with
liberal Democrats is their dislike for all conservatives, especially
those who are Bible-believing. McCain, as president, would stifle the
voices of elected Republican leaders and try to legislate the
    conservative movement out of existence.”

Senator Richardson went on to say that he would in no way vote for
John McCain, if indeed McCain is the Republican nominee (which he
    obviously will be).

I wonder how many gun owners and other professing pro-freedom
Americans have already fallen victim to McCain’s phony conservative
campaign? Do they not realize that they are giving a rope to the
hangman? And that they–conservatives and gun owners–are the ones who
McCain will send to the gallows? What is wrong with the American
people these days? Have they not been betrayed enough by these phony
    conservative Republicans?

For example, President George W. Bush recently nominated Michael
Sullivan to be Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms,
and Explosives. Sullivan is one of the nation’s most rabid
anti-gunners. GOA’s Larry Pratt describes Sullivan as being “as
anti-gun as Ted Kennedy.” Honest gun owners, lawful firearms dealers,
and law-abiding gun show operators could have no worse enemy within
the federal government than Michael Sullivan. We could expect no worse
from Hillary Clinton. And a John McCain Presidency would doubtless
give us more of the same.

Regarding the Second Amendment, the American people have no better
friend than Ron Paul. He has a 20-year proven track record of fidelity
to the right to keep and bear arms. The GOA rates Congressman Paul
with a grade of A+. According to GOA Executive Director Larry Pratt,
Ron Paul has been a leader in the fight to defend and restore the
Second Amendment. He has sponsored legislation to repeal the
following: the Brady law; the requirement to lock up your guns; the
law permitting the U.S. to be part of the U.N (which, among other
attacks on American freedoms, seeks to ban privately transferred
firearms); participation in UNESCO; federal prohibitions on any pilot
wishing to carry a handgun to and in his cockpit; and the so-called
“assault weapons” ban (prior to its sunsetting in 2004).

Ron Paul has also sponsored legislation requiring states to treat the
concealed carry permit of one state the same as they do that state’s
driver’s license. Dr. Paul also opposes a national ID card, which
would be a tool of government to identify gun ownership.

Gun owners (along with conservatives and Christians of all sorts)
should be ashamed of themselves for allowing an angry, gun-grabbing
liberal such as John McCain to become the presumptive Republican
Presidential nominee, while rejecting the candidacy of one of
    America’s most principled pro-life, pro-Second Amendment,
pro-Constitution, and pro-freedom legislators of this generation:
    Congressman Ron Paul.

I say again, the last thing we need is another liberal neocon in the
White House. John McCain may have an “R” behind his name, but he is
just another establishment liberal: one America cannot afford.

Glen Chancy: George W. Bush’s Global War On Christians!

Posted by soldierservant on February 22, 2008

This article is sickening but we Christians have to get this out. This Iraq war is straight from the pits of hell and I believe those who are still supporting this war are damned, at least if they reject this knowing that it is true. I am hearing now that large number of hispanics are turning to islam. BUSH IS WAGING WAR ON CHRISTIANS IN THIS COUNTRY! I BELIEVE HE IS ALLOWING OPEN BORDERS NOT JUST FOR OCCASSIONAL TERRORISTS BUT TO INDOCTRINATE HISPANICS. THIS IS WHY HE ALWAYS FAVORS MUSLIMS OVER CHRISTIANS. THIS IS WHY HE GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO CELEBRATE RAMADAN. THERE IS NO WAY FOR ANYONE TO BE A REAL CHRISTIAN AND SUPPORT BUSH. THOSE WITHOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT OF DISCERNMENT ARE FULL OF THE DEVIL. YOU ARE EITHER FOR JESUS OR AGAINST HIM. MOST PROFESSING CHRISTIANS ARE AGAINST HIM AND WILL FACE ULTIMATE JUDGMENT. WE KNOW THE FRAUDS BY THEIR FRUITS. BUSH HAS PROMOTED ISLAM THROUGH THIS WAR TO OPPRESS CHRISTIANS.
SAME THING WILL HAPPEN HERE. IRAQ IS NOT ONLY A TESTING GROUND FOR THE MARK OF THE BEAST BUT ALSO RELIGIOUS PERSECUTION AS WELL. THE WORLD HAS GOTTEN A LOT WORSE SINCE BUSH’S INTERFERENCE. OH, HOW YOU BUSH SUPPORTERS HAVE INNOCENT BLOOD ON YOUR HANDS. YOU HAD BETTER PRAY TO GOD THAT THERE IS STILL HOPE FOR YOU BECAUSE IF NOT YOUR FATE WILL BE FAR WORSE THAN THE PERSECUTED CHRISTIANS THAT YOU HELP PERSECUTE BY YOUR SUPPORT FOR BUSH BY GOING TO SAME PLACE HE IS GOING. THE PLACE WHERE THE FIRE IS NEVER QUENCHED. REPENT AMERICA, WHILE YOU STILL CAN!

    http://www.lewrockwell.com/orig3/chancy5.html

As we approach the 2004 Presidential elections, many Christian conservatives are lamenting various aspects of the current president’s policies. The list of gripes is long and familiar to anyone active in conservative politics: out of control spending, the PATRIOT Act, No Child Left Behind, lax border security, and on it goes. In fact, a meeting of die-hard Republicans, held behind closed doors, is likely to devolve into a Bush-basing session the like of which Democrats could only dream. Give that there are alternatives to voting for either George Bush or John Kerry, one would expect that disgusted religious conservatives would look elsewhere for a candidate to support. After all, there is even an explicitly Christian party for which to cast a ballot.

Yet, despite their manifest anger towards him, most Christian conservatives will turn out in force to support President Bush on November 2nd. They will do so for a mixture of reasons, but above all what keeps so many Christian conservatives on the Republican reservation is the ‘War on Terror.’ There is a belief, widespread among Christian conservatives, that the ‘War on Terror’ is really a ‘Clash of Civilizations.’ Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, although himself a conservative Jew, summed up the views of many Christian conservatives quite succintly in one of his articles posted on the Internet. He wrote, “It is time that I said in print what I have long felt in my heart: I not only support President Bush, I revere him. At a time when so many other world leaders want to paint Sept. 11 as a terror attack, President Bush saw it for what it was: a clash of civilizations, a war to the death between two systems – one open, democratic and respectful of human life, the other oppressive, tyrannical and deeply contemptible of human life.”

The ‘War on Terror’ then is not just about keeping the borders of the United States secure. It is not simply about preventing future terrorist attacks. Rather, the ‘War on Terror’ is the ultimate showdown of Christianity (and Judaism) versus Islam. It is a fight to the finish, and George W. Bush is our Richard the Lionhearted, leading the armies of the Cross, allied with those of the Star of David, to glorious victory.

In this apocalyptic setting, the vast majority of Christian conservatives are backing President George Bush because they sincerely believe that, “Something must be done about the Muslim threat!” To these religious conservatives, George Bush is willing to go on the offensive and strike back in the name of God and country. They fear that John Kerry will surrender to the Muslims, and allow Western Civilization to be overrun a la Constantinople in 1453.

“Forget all of Bush’s flaws,” Christian conservatives bellow, “At least he’s willing to fight!”

So, is our glorious president leading the Christian World in a great struggle against the Muslim hordes? If he were, then a reasonable outcome of this ‘Clash’ would be that the position of Christian (and Jewish) populations worldwide would be in the process of becoming more secure.

This is, alas, absolutely not happening. In fact, the current policies of the Bush administration are threatening to absolutely devastate ancient and pious Christian communities whose blood will be on all our heads. To deal with the subject honestly, it must be acknowledged that it almost appears as if President George Walker Bush were waging a global war against Christians.

There are a tremendous number of facts that could be marshaled to support such a counterintuitive statement, and at least some will be surveyed in this article. However, the primary thrust of this article will be to analyze the policies of the Bush Administration that have placed us on the road to destroying one of the oldest Christian communities in the entire world – the Assyrians of Iraq.

    Iraq – Before the Liberation

To understand the situation in Iraq today, in proper context, let’s first review some basic facts about Iraq as it was under Saddam Hussein’s regime.

Saddam Hussein was a bad Muslim, and everybody knew it. A secular dictator, he ruthlessly suppressed radical religious sentiment, and tried to build a modern state. Saddam was bitterly hated and reviled by Muslim radicals as diverse as Osama Bin Laden and the Shi’ite Ayatollahs of Iran. In a tape released by Osama bin Laden in February 2003, Saddam Hussein is referred to as an ‘ignorant infidel.’ The Iranian clerics hated Saddam so much that they repeatedly spurned peace initiatives to end the Iran-Iraq War, in the hopes continued fighting could topple his government. They intended to replace it with a Shi’ite dominated state modeled after their own. Eventually, they got smart enough to hire Ahmed Chalabi to convince the U.S. to topple Saddam for them.

Saddam had inherited the Ba’ath Party ideology of secular pan-Arab socialism, and hewed to many of its tenets throughout his brutal rule. Iraqi women enjoyed more rights than women in the surrounding Arab countries. Women could hold jobs and attend higher education, all with uncovered faces. In fact, women comprised 20% of the professional workforce.

Under Saddam, alcohol merchants plied their wares freely in their shops. The lack of enforcement of the Sharia made Iraq the party spot of the region. David Younan Oro, a 70-year-old patriarch of a Christian family in Ramadi, ran casinos and nightclubs during the heyday of Saddam’s regime. He described the glory days like this, “They drink like donkeys here. Business was good. I had a lot of restaurants and shops.” If you stayed out of politics, life and business were good.

Among the primary tenets of Ba’athist ideology was a dedication to religious tolerance. This is not surprising, since the intellectual father of Ba’athism was Michel Aflaq, himself an Orthodox Christian. In keeping with Ba’athist ideology, Saddam did not interfere with the rights of the Assyrian Christians in Iraq to practice their faith. Comprising somewhere between one and two million Iraqis, the Aramaic-speaking Assyrians are the original inhabitants of the modern-day state of Iraq.

The Assyrians did suffer repression under Saddam Hussein, who suppressed their ethnic and linguistic distinctiveness while trying to meld the hodgepodge of peoples in Iraq into a unified state. At no time, however, were the Assyrians ever denied the free practice of their religion, nor did they fear for their lives simply because of their faith.

One measure of the relative religious freedom of the Assyrians under Saddam was the exuberant and public celebration of Christmas. As one writer described it, “Christmas decorations, including nativity scenes, were seen in shops, restaurants and hotels. And Saddam reportedly sometimes attended services at Christian churches in Baghdad and even delivered an annual Christmas address.”

As for the United States, Saddam seems to have pined for better relations. He had been a de-facto ally of the U.S. during his war against Iran, and appears to have wanted to recapture that status. According to the Duelfer Report, compiled by the Iraq Survey Group (ISG), beginning already in 1991, “very senior Iraqis close to the president made proposals through intermediaries for dialogue with Washington,” even offering to be Washington’s “best friend in the region bar none.”

Apparently, Saddam never did understand why he couldn’t just work a deal with the U.S. In his beffuddlement, Saddam is not alone. Many other observers of the region still can’t grasp why this secular dictator made it to the top of the U.S. hitlist in a war supposedly directed at Muslim extermists.

    Iraq – After the Liberation

To say the least, since being liberated from Saddam, things have gone badly for a great many Iraqis. However, the time has been especially harsh for the Assyrian Christians. Large areas of Iraq are now under the control of Muslim religious leaders whose militias have been enforcing Muslim law. Based on locally issued fatwas, these armed fanatics have killed Christians for engaging in prohibited businesses such as selling alcohol or other formerly legal products. Many Christian business men have seen their shops, restaurants, and other business either forcibly closed or confiscated.

David Younan Oro’s casino, the flagship of his family business, was taken over by armed men who converted it to a Mosque. “We had a very good situation until the fundamentalists began to appear and we were affected,” said Roger William, Oro’s son-in-law. “Because America and Britain are Christian countries, they blame us for the war. We are terrified. We really don’t know what the future will hold.”

Even Christian homes and private land are being appropriated. The Kurds, America’s erstwhile allies, are among the worst offenders. Writing about the situation in Dara, his home village, an Assyrian Christian living in London reported that, “The Kurdish people are building homes on our village’s land, without our permission. It is sad to say, our own neighbors are stealing it from us.”

Christians have reported rapes, kidnappings, and assaults. The situation is so bad, that Christian children have been gunned down in their own homes. This little girl, Raphid was gunned down in her home along with her sister in July. She was only six years old. Her sister, Raad, was only sixteen. They belonged to a well-known Assyrian Christian family that had been threatened. While the family was out, terrorists entered and shot the two children at point blank range.

These two little girls died simply because they were Christians in a country increasingly slipping into Muslim rule.

Armed groups of men have stopped cars on the street and harangued women whose heads are uncovered, accusing them of violating Islamic law. Even Christians have started wearing headscarves out of fear, something that never happened under Saddam Hussein’s regime.

As Christians have retreated into the shadows, the compromise Transitional Administrative Law in force in Iraq today has actually gone far towards officially establishing Islamic rule in what was once a secular country. Article 7 states, in part, that “Islam is the official religion of the State and is to be considered a source of legislation. No law that contradicts the universally agreed tenets of Islam, the principles of democracy, or the rights cited in Chapter Two of this Law may be enacted during the transitional period.” It further complicates the problem for Christians in Iraq that they are under represented in the interim government when compared with their percentage of the population. It is almost as if the U.S. intentionally excluded them in the lead up to the ‘handover’ of power.

Nor do the promised elections in January appear likely to improve the situation. According to a recent poll released by the International Republican Institute (an organization allied with the U.S. Republican Party), the highest level of support among Iraqis for any politician belongs to Abdul Aziz al-Hakim, leader of the Supreme Council for Islamic Revolution in Iraq. The name of his organization probably speaks for itself.

It is bitterly ironic that far from bringing Western secularism, the U.S.-invasion has instead opened the door for an Islamic Republic. Out of fear, an estimated 40,000 to 45,000 Assyrians have already fled Iraq. Most have found shelter in Syria next door, a nation that the U.S. may be targeting next in its drive to spread ‘freedom’ in the Middle East. Had President George W. Bush set out with the intentional goal of destroying the Christian population in Iraq, it is hard to see how he could have been more effective than he has been to date.

    More Fronts in the War

President Bush has continued the NATO occupation of Kosovo. Since the end of the war against Serbia, Kosovo has been the scene of anti-Christian ethnic cleansing on a massive scale. More than 120 churches have been destroyed, some dating to the 14th century. 240,000 Christian Serbs have fled the province. Periodic anti-Christian pogroms such as the one that erupted from March 17th – March 18th kill dozens, wound hundreds, and cause more Serbian Christians to flee for their lives. While the U.N. administers the province, NATO troops, some 60,000, are the actual force on the ground. This means that, ultimately, the Bush Administration bears the responsibility for failing to protect the Christians in Kosovo from Muslim fanatics.

Elsewhere in the Balkans, the Bush Administration has continued the status quo in Bosnia, which allows Muslim terrorists to use it as a safe-haven for recruiting and training. According to European intelligence sources, Bosnia has become a “one-stop shop” for Islamic militants heading from terrorist battlegrounds in Chechnya and Afghanistan to Iraq. In addition, the U.S. under Bush has continued to try and dismember the nation of Macedonia by forcing it to make ever larger concessions to its Muslim Albanian minority.

The Bush Administration has made Turkish entry into the European Union a number one priority on its international agenda. Despite Turkey’s horrendous record of mass murder and abuse of its Christian minorities, President Bush has been intervening personally to try and convince skeptical Europeans that, “Including Turkey in the EU would prove that Europe is not the exclusive club of a single religion, and it would expose the ‘clash of civilizations’ as a passing myth of history.” President Bush’s single-minded determination to see Turkey in the EU even drove him to try and force a bad settlement of the Cyprus queston on unwilling Greek Cypriots, who ultimately rejected it.

Ironically, even as his Christian supporters in the U.S. bemoan the increasing Islamization of Europe, President Bush is doing everything he can to make sure that 70 million more Turkish Muslims will have the opportunity to settle there. While the possibility that this massive migration could destroy the very heart of Christendom seems to be lost on President Bush, certain European leaders have become quite alarmed. Addressing the issue of Turkey joining the EU, former French President Valery Giscard d’Estaing said, “In my opinion, it would be the end of Europe.”

Both d’Estaing and Jacques Chirac, current president of France and a favorite target of American Christian conservatives, have positively emerged as defenders of the faith as they fight against Turkish accession to the EU. If only President Bush had as much dedication to Europe’s Christian heritage as the heroic French.

In Chechnya, a region much in the news since the Beslan massacres, the U.S. has inserted itself on the side of the Muslims opposed to Russian rule. Foremost among the American agitators against Russia is The American Committee for Peace in Chechnya, a front group of Bush-connected neoconservatives such as Richard Perle, James Woolsey, Michael Ledeen and Kenneth Adelman. The ACPC wants Putin to negotiate with the Chechens rebels, and favors a NATO presence in Chechnya along the lines of the NATO missions in Bosnia and Kosovo. President Putin seems to be relatively uninterested in listening to their ideas. If only the American president were half as wise.

    Conclusion

Whatever President Bush and his coterie are doing globally, one thing is abundantly clear. They are not fighting a global war on any kind of Islam, radical or otherwise. On the other hand, they are making tremendous progress towards crippling or completely destroying large segments of the world’s Christian population. And in this slaughter, the American people have become his accomplices.

Despite all of the negative impacts of his foreign policy on Christians globally, the Christian conservatives in America have been deafeningly silent. Two reasons account for this. First is their overwhelming pre-occupation with Israel. The State of Israel and its security were mentioned by both presidential candidates in their debates. The need to protect Israel is the subject of daily articles in conservative publications, both online and dead tree. Pat Robertson even threatened to form a third party, if the Republicans ever waiver in their full-throated support of the State of Israel. Such concern for the plight of Christians abroad is non-existent.

Perhaps if the Assyrians and others renounced Christ and embraced the Talmud, American Christians would care what happens to them?

The second reason is the fear that criticizing Bush will hurt his chances of re-election. For this reason, many Christians have kept their silence, all the while knowing the truth of what is happening. This is not a Christian attitude. Christ stood for the truth at all times, not only when it was expedient. Standing silent in the face of suffering, simply to prevent inconvenience to a favored politician, is not following the way of Christ.

It is time for Christian conservatives to end the silence. We must speak out, and we must let the President, whether it be Bush or Kerry, know that a continuation of these disastrous policies will absolutely not be tolerated.

Pastor Chuck Baldwin: More Evidence That Republican Party Is Pro – Abortion!

This exposes the neocon’s methodology. See how they are like subtle serpents? I think every last one of them are phony. You see even in this he mentions about Bush letting Hillary do all the dirty work. Bush is a sniveling coward.

Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist recently revealed his true colors
on the life issue when he came out strongly in support of increased
federal funding for embryonic stem-cell research. As a medical
doctor, Frist obviously knows that in order for this to be done,
human embryos must first be destroyed (killed).

Frist’s decision to support the killing of newly-conceived babies
flies in the face of previous declarations on the subject. For
example, Frist has been quoted as saying, “I am pro-life. I believe
life begins at conception. It is at this moment that the organism is
complete. An embryo is a nascent human life.”

In spite of Frist’s statement acknowledging the life of a human
embryo, he went on to say, “I also believe that embryonic stem-
cell research should be encouraged and supported.”

Make no mistake about it: the decision by Senator Frist to publicly
support embryonic stem-cell research was both calculated and
intentional. Senator Frist and the Republican leadership obviously
decided that now was the time and Frist was the man to take point
on this issue. The reason? They are preparing their constituencies
    for the 2008 presidential election.

The lesson from this calculation can only be that the Republican
Party is planning to run a “pro-choice moderate” for president in
2008. Frist is merely breaking the ice, getting pro-life Republicans
prepared to accept a pro-choice nominee. Will it work? I believe it
    will.

I have already heard leaders within the Religious Right say that
they could support a pro-choice Republican nominee in order to
defeat the Democratic nominee, especially if that nominee is
Hillary Rodham Clinton. These statements, too, are calculated.
One can bet that Karl Rove and the “super-stars” of the Religious
Right have already held conferences on this subject.

Therefore, it would appear that Senator Frist has been delegated to
be the Party’s sacrificial lamb. Since he is the first major player
(and supposed presidential hopeful) within the Republican Party to
betray a major plank of the pro-life cause, he has doubtless been
chosen to take the fall for the Religious Right, thus paving the way
for a less vocal brand of pro-choicer to rise to the top. (Can anyone
    say, “Condoleeza Rice!”?)

There is another twist to the upcoming presidential election that
bears watching. Could it be that Bush and Company know a pro-
choice Republican nominee would cause rank and file
conservatives to stay home from the polls in droves (as they did
when Bob Dole was the Republican candidate) intending to give
    the election to Hillary?

The possibility that Bush and his handlers are preparing to give the
presidential election to Hillary Clinton is nothing new. This is
exactly what George Bush the Elder appears to have done for Bill
Clinton back in 1992. Few people would say Bush deliberately lost
that election, but even Bush’s Vice Presidential running mate Dan
Quayle acknowledged, “It was the biggest presidential campaign
    that never was.”

Think of it: there hasn’t been an occupant in the White House other
than a Bush or Clinton since 1988. Moreover, it appears that this
trend could continue for at least another decade.

What neither conservatives nor liberals seem willing to
acknowledge is that the Bush and Clinton families have been the
closest of friends for years. (Why else would G.W. Bush send a
military transport plane to Australia to fetch Bill in the early
moments following the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001?
He didn’t do anything like that for Jimmy Carter!) These two royal
families have been hobnobbing since back when George H.W.
Bush was President and Bill was Governor of Arkansas.

For those people who believe America has too much freedom and
must be brought into an international New World Order, this
makes perfect sense. After all, now that “good boy” George has
successfully pushed through that iniquitous, but ingenious,
blueprint for Owellian statehood, a.k.a. the Patriot Act, the baton
can be handed off to “bad girl” Hillary to do the dirty work.

I realize that most will consider this column nothing more than just
another senseless conspiracy theory. (At least Mel Gibson loves
it!) However, just for fun, why not save this column for Hillary’s
    inauguration ceremony?

Pastor Chuck Baldwin: There Is A Conspiracy!

Posted by soldierservant on February 22, 2008

    chuckbaldwinlive.com/subscribe.php

In this Chuck makes a fool out of these neocons that discredit that
    conspiracies are going on.

    This column is archived at
    http://www.chuckbaldwinlive.com/c2007/cbarchive_20070713.html

A reader’s letter intrigues me. He writes, “I find everything you say
about a coming New World Order and One World Government extremely
difficult to believe. For one thing, while you yourself obviously
display no hate towards anyone, most other conspiracy theorists are
anti-Semites.” He further wrote, “An intelligent man such as yourself
would do well to distance yourself from these loony theories.”

I will quickly acknowledge that unfortunately there are a significant
number of conspiracy theories promulgated by people with obvious
anti-Semitic tendencies. I join my reader friend in repudiating such
    bigotry.

However, just because certain conspiracy theories are advocated by
people with personal agendas and extremist ideologies is not reason
enough to automatically dismiss the facts that suggest there is a
conspiracy to steal America’s sovereignty and independence. These
facts are plentiful and powerful. Only foolish people would dismiss
    them out-of-hand.

As a Christian, I believe the Word of God to be my source of faith and
practice. Therefore, I must take seriously the Word’s admonition that,
“There is a conspiracy” (Ezek. 22:25). In fact, the conspiracy to
overthrow righteousness (and any semblance of it) is ubiquitous.

Furthermore, if one will study American history, he will note our
Founding Fathers firmly believed a conspiracy of influential
internationalists was behind many of the draconian decisions of old
King George. They said as much in the Declaration of Independence.

In the Declaration, Thomas Jefferson wrote, “But when a long train of
abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a
design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it
is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards
for their future security.” If that isn’t a clear reference to
conspiracy, I don’t know what is.

As in British-controlled America 200 years ago, policies advanced by
like-minded politicos today attempt to erode our constitutional laws
and national independence. Only a naïve person would suggest that this
is mere coincidence. I remind my readers that George Bush, Sr. first
popularized the name “New World Order.” However, he is not the only
notable personality that has openly called for such an international
    order.

Former newsman, Walter Cronkite, has openly called for world
government. Others calling for world government include England’s
Prime Minister, Tony Blair; former Clinton cabinet member, Strobe
Talbott; and a variety of spokesmen for the United Nations, as well as
leaders from various multinational corporations. To think that all of
these people (whose numbers are multitudinous) should not be taken
seriously is the height of idiocy.

Yes, my friends, there is a conspiracy. No, it is not a Jewish
conspiracy. It is much more than that. It is a conspiracy of elitists
from all races and ethnic backgrounds who deeply despise our
constitutional form of government, our national independence, and our
Christian heritage. Some are communists; others are socialists. Some
call themselves liberals, and some even call themselves conservatives.
    Labels mean little.

Most of the conspirators are wealthy and well positioned to advance
their utopian ideas. Some teach in our nation’s colleges and
universities. Some occupy powerful positions in the media and in our
political institutions. Some of them are also found behind the pulpits
of churches, and, yes, some are found in synagogues.

The promoters of internationalism may not conduct monthly meetings.
They may not carry New World Order membership cards in their wallets
(albeit, if they are members of the Council of Foreign Relations,
people who love liberty should be very wary of them), but collectively
they form a credible conspiracy to rob America of its independence.
Furthermore, as long as patriotic Americans refuse to acknowledge
their existence, the more effective they are at accomplishing their
    oligarchic objectives.

George Bush Still Betraying The Troops!

Posted by soldierservant on February 22, 2008

You know all that money going to this war and our military is still
lacking in armor and nearly everything else. This proves what a fraud
this war is and Bush too. All those who are promoting this war like Mike
Evans will not mention any stuff like this. Either he is an ignoramous
or he is deliberately working for the antichrist. This hypocrite rightly
calls attention to Bush dividing Jerusalem but then turns around and
supports his bogus war? These hypocrites say that leaving Iraq would be
a mess. It is more of a mess the longer we are there. It seems like this
whole world is going mad. I have left him some of these sites exposing
this war for what it is so he will have no excuse. I have noticed the
excitement around Obama. Even one of our former Dallas Cowboys, Emit
Smith, is strongly endorsing him, and he is a professing christian. Many
christians seem to support him. I can see how people might be fooled and
think they will see real change when it is actually all the same. Most
are just puppets of wicked elitists. At least Obama has some charisma to
get all kinds of endorsements, like from celebrities while all these
loser neocons everyone is so sick of has no such endorsements. McCain is
older than when Reagan first ran. But people will go nuts for the same
old slop as long as it has a good package and a good lie. At least they
seem fed up with the Clinton/Bush dynasties. On personality alone I
would almost vote for Obama, but of course I know that is only a
façade. After the sham of 2000, I don’t know why any would bother to
vote when they know that it is not likely that the popular votes count
    for anything.

Pastor Chuck Baldwin: George Bush Continuing The Bill Clinton Agenda

Posted by soldierservant on February 22, 2008

These hypocrite neocons always are always ranting about Clinton and his crimes, but their hero Bush has covered it up, just like he did with Sandy Berger. What defense do these neocons have for this? None. They are just cowards in denial and cowards will not enter the kingdom of God. Proverbs is so plain in exposing partiality, which that is all this
    is.
