NEW AGE Pathways in the church

Posted by soldierservant on November 10, 2007

This article I came across is really good. You may want this on your blog
too.In this it explained that those into the newage deceptions have no
discernment of right or wrong. This explains what is wrong with my
family. This is why like them and so many others have no problem
supporting Bush despite all his obvious wicked fruit.I knew there was
something seriously wrong with them but never really figured out what
made them like this. They choose to listen to liars on the pulpit as well
as these talk show phonies.Garbage in,garbage out.

President Bush Defends Rapist-Murderer To Appease Mexico

Posted by soldierservant on November 10, 2007

Like I said in a previous message how Bush is exposed for his wickedness
each and every day.If Bush wants to keep the death penalty from those
who deserve it then one must wonder about those he excuted might have
been innocent.Seeing all this evidence proves that this one world order
is nothing glorious when innocents will be excuted while the guilty are
set free. Those who continue to lockstep with this vile administration
are exposed for the vile spirits they are.Just like the religious
establishment was full of the devil as Jesus had said back in his
time,so it is now.

It seems President George W. Bush will stop at no lengths to appease
Mexico and place the United States under international authority. His
latest fiasco, however, twists logic, mocks justice, and defies
decency.

I am referring to the fact that President Bush is asking the U.S.
Supreme Court to overturn the death penalty of an illegal Mexican
alien convicted of brutally raping and murdering two Houston, Texas
teenagers back in 1993. (I wrote about this case already. See
http://www.chuckbaldwinlive.com/c2007/cbarchive_20070413.html )

Here is Word Net Daily’s (WND) latest report of the story: “At issue
is the death penalty verdict for Jose Medellin, who confessed in 1993
to participating in the rape and murder of two Houston teenagers.
Jennifer Ertman and Elizabeth Pena were sodomized and strangled with
their shoe laces. Medellin then boasted of keeping one girl’s Mickey
Mouse watch as a souvenir of the crime.

“The Bush administration is before the U.S. Supreme Court seeking to
overturn the death penalty, at the behest of the International Court
of Justice, a division of the United Nations.

“Medellin and four others were convicted of capital murder and sent to
Texas’ death row. A juvenile court sentenced Medellin’s younger
brother, who was 14 at the time, to 40 years in prison.”

(See the full WND report at
http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=58063 )

Why, you ask, would President Bush appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court on
behalf of an illegal alien who murdered two American teenagers?
According to administration officials, it is because “the Texas court
[that convicted and sentenced Medellin] is undermining the president’s
efforts to conduct foreign policy.”

You read it right. President Bush is defending a rapist-murderer,
because the man is an illegal alien and, therefore, should be turned
over to the authority of a UN “world court.” And, according to Bush,
for the State of Texas to refuse to do so undermines the President’s
efforts to conduct foreign policy.

One has to wonder: just what kind of foreign policy does President
Bush want to conduct? Apparently, Bush’s foreign policy determines
that it is more important to appease the Mexican government than see
justice done for two American families who had their teenage daughters
raped and murdered by an illegal alien from Mexico.

Remember, this is from a President who, when he was Governor of Texas,
signed more than 150 death warrants. This is the same man who mocked
condemned prisoner Karla Faye Tucker after she had accepted the Lord
Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and had appealed to Bush for
clemency. In fact, George W. Bush just might be the only chief
executive in American history to publicly mock someone who was about
to die.

See also http://www.nybooks.com/articles/17670

In his autobiography, “A Charge To Keep,” G.W. Bush addressed the
subject of granting clemencies for people convicted of capital crimes.
He said that it was not his job “to replace the verdict of a jury
unless there are new facts or evidence of which a jury was unaware, or
evidence that the trial was somehow unfair.” He has now obviously
forgotten this principle.

Texas Solicitor General Ted Cruz is arguing on behalf of the state
court and its death penalty. He called Bush’s actions “breathtaking.”
He told the Houston Chronicle, “It is emphatically not the province of
the president to say what the law is. If this president’s assertion of
authority is upheld in this case, it opens the door for enormous
mischief from presidents of either party. What might these presidents
be inclined to do if they had the power to flick state laws off the
books?”

According to WND, Alliance Defense Fund Chief Counsel Benjamin Bull
said he expected justices Souter, Stevens, Breyer, and Ginsburg to
side with President Bush. For example, when Justice Ruth Bader
Ginsburg was General Counsel with the ACLU, she wrote a law review
article “advocating that American foreign policy be under the United
Nations.” According to Bull, the Medellin case “is manna from heaven”
for Ginsburg.

The Medellin case might be manna from heaven for Ruth Bader Ginsburg,
but it is rotten potatoes for the American people. And President Bush
is the cook in the kitchen serving up this garbage.

Is it any wonder that former Mexican President Vicente Fox told Larry
King Live last Tuesday evening that he and President Bush had agreed
to “create a new regional currency in the Americas.” (See the story at
http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=58052 )

Fox was asked by a listener what he felt about the possibility of
having a Latin America united with one currency. According to the CNN
transcript obtained by WND, “Fox answered in the affirmative,
indicating it was a long-term plan. He admitted he and President Bush
had agreed to pursue the Free Trade Agreement of the Americas–a free
trade zone extending throughout the Western Hemisphere, suggesting
part of the plan was to institute eventually a regional currency.”

Is there anyone who cannot see what Bush is doing? He has committed
the United States to a trilateral, hemispheric government in which
each of the three nations–the U.S., Mexico, and Canada–are united
under one regional authority. This is why President Bush demonstrates
such stubborn resistance to any plan that would attempt to keep the
United States independent of this newly formed regional authority.

Because of Bush’s plan to merge the U.S. into a North American
Community, he is determined to grant illegal aliens amnesty, and he is
willing to demand that illegal aliens who rape and murder American
citizens must be turned over to a “world court.”

It is time the American people face the reality that President Bush is
deliberately and intentionally sacrificing America’s sovereignty and
independence in order to fulfill his elitist plans for global
unification. If our congressmen and senators had any real courage,
they would impeach this man and his Vice President for treason.

The sad reality is, however, many of our congressmen and senators are
just as guilty as Bush and Cheney. Furthermore, if the American people
themselves would break away from “American Idol” and their favorite
college football games long enough to see what was really happening in
this country, we would not have these bozos in Congress to begin with.

America’s biggest threat is not from al Qaeda; it is from these
conniving internationalists in Washington, D.C.  An al Qaeda terrorist
can possibly knock down a building or bridge and kill a few of us, but
these traitors (from both major parties) in Washington have the power
to enslave the whole country–and that is exactly what they are in the
process of doing.

So, in the name of “conducting foreign policy,” President George W.
Bush is doggedly defending a Mexican rapist-murderer. However, what he
is really doing is working to appease his elitist Mexican counterparts
so they together can implement their New World Order agenda. I don’t
know about anyone else, but it makes me want to puke!

YOU STRIVE FOR THE LUSTS OF THE FLESH OR DO YOU STRIVE TO DO WHAT IS

Ex-Iraq forces commander rips U.S. leadership

Posted by soldierservant on November 10, 2007

This article is excellent. You probably have heard about his already if you keep up with
news. This war is a mess and that is coming from those who know this
firsthand directly. This makes me think that this is another WAG THE DOG
war that is only a distraction.I guess if Bush didn’t have this war he
would fear getting kicked out on his butt because of the whole illegal
mess.Remember back during the Clinton era they came ot with that funny
money with their faces on it?Well now they are doing the same with
Bush. Most of it is in spanish. It is money for illegals.I will have to do
some digging to see if I can find a site on that and forward it if I do
find anything. There are a lot getting really frustrated over this
administration. All the cowards like Rush try to cover up all of Bush’s
evil.Anyone is a complete fool to lockstep to this war after all this.
The only thing I disagree with this general is he is saying we need to
stay there.Well if it is getting worse because of us it would stand to
reason that getting out would make things better. This war is complete
hypocrisy because if we can’t even protect and secure our own nation
then how can we help any other? There is absolutely no logic or reason to
this.If Bush was sincere in this war he would have strategies and
objectives. If he doesn’t know what he is doing then we have no business
there.This is a joke of a COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF that doesn’t know how to
lead. And this is what the bushbot fools choose to worship? You have to be
a dunce to worship this dunce.

The Church Is In Apostasy

Posted by soldierservant on November 10, 2007

This is a very telling statement about the condition of the church. It is
good to get this on the blogs but also would be a good idea to send this
out to various pastors and religious leaders to force them to decide
which side they are on.It is curious if you get any response.I do this
all the time but with no responses at all.

Brothers, it is time we take a strong stand for Christ.Jesus said
that any who put their hand to the plow and looks back is not worthy of
him. What has happened? Is everything alright?I hope to hear from you
soon.Doctrinal differences matter very little.Every true God-fearing
believer needs to speak up now or face God’s wrath. The bible makes it
very clear that you cannot drink from the cup of the Lord and drink from
the cup of demons too. This is exactly what the bushbots are doing.I read
Ann Coulter’s interview and she was equating republicanism with
christianity. This is a complete lie because it is open knowledge that
the republican party is full of
catholics,mormons,buddhists,newagers,heathens, and homosexuals,all of
which are idolaters and perverts. To show how twisted Ann’s thinking is
in that interview she equated heaven to a republican convention. She
proves she worships at the altar of republicanism. What is there not to
understand when the bible is very clear that no idolaters will make it
to heaven? You either believe God’s word or you don’t.If you don’t
believe God’s word then why pretend to be christian?Nobody is a true
follower of Christ if they do not believe that he is the only way.

“Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come,
except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be
revealed, the son of perdition.” (II Thess. 2:3)

This passage of Scripture has been one of the most subjectively
interpreted verses of the entire New Testament. Early Christians
believed various Caesars to be the predicted “man of sin.” During the
Dark Ages and into the Reformation age, many Christians believed
various popes to be the predicted “man of sin.” In Arabia around 600
AD, many Christians believed Mohammed to be the “man of sin.” During
our War for Independence, many Christians believed old King George to
be the “man of sin.” During the Twentieth Century, many Christians
wondered if Hitler or Stalin could be the dreaded “man of sin.” Today,
many Christians (including this writer) believe that the predicted
“man of sin” is none other than a coming Antichrist.

However, regardless of one’s interpretation of who the “man of sin”
is, there is no doubt about Paul’s prediction that before this man
comes, there will be a great “falling away first.” By “a falling
away,” Paul was clearly referring to a state or condition of
“apostasy.” Paul is saying that before the “man of sin” (whoever he
is) will be able to seduce and deceive humanity, the church will fall
into apostasy.

By definition, apostasy is the condition of those who once (in some
degree) embraced the truth, but have now abandoned or forsaken it.
Obviously, this applies only to professing Christians. Infidels,
agnostics, and unbelievers have no profession from which to
apostatize.

Accordingly, whether on a local or universal scale, before various men
of sin can seduce and deceive their respective societies, the Church
must first be in a state of apostasy. Saying it another way: churches
that are sound in the faith, strong in truth, and steadfast in the
Word serve as a resistance and retardant to evil men. No wonder the
Lord Jesus said we Christians are “the salt of the earth.”

That said, I am personally convinced that, by and large, the churches
of America (regardless of denomination) are in a state of apostasy.
And as such, offer little or no resistance to the men of sin who seek
to seduce and deceive our people.

When a professing Christian President can openly acknowledge his
belief in universalism and attack the supreme doctrine of
Christianity, that Jesus Christ is the Creator-God become flesh, and
there is not an uproar of protestation and denunciation from pulpits
all over the country, the church is in a state of apostasy. And that
is exactly what has taken place.

When interviewed by ABC’s Charles Gibson, President George W. Bush
revealed his lack of even basic understanding of Christian doctrine.
Here is a verbatim transcript from that interview:

Q.  “Do we all worship the same God, Christian and Muslim?”
A.  “I think we do. We have different routes of getting to the
Almighty.”

Q.  “Do Christians and non-Christians and Muslims go to heaven in your
mind?”
A.  “Yes they do. We have different routes of getting there.”

Then, just a few days ago, President Bush, in an interview with Al
Arabiya television, said, “I believe in an almighty God, and I believe
that all the world, whether they be Muslim, Christian, or any other
religion, prays to the same God.” In the same interview he said, “I
believe there is a universal God. I believe the God that the Muslim
prays to is the same God that I pray to. After all, we all came from
Abraham. I believe in that universality.”

Obviously, George W. Bush is a universalist. His confession is not
that of a Christian, but that of a universalist. Any true Christian
knows that there is but one mediator between God and man: Christ
Jesus. Any true Christian knows that Jesus is the incarnate God–the
Creator-God become flesh. Any true Christian knows that Jesus and the
Father are one. Any true Christian knows that there is salvation in no
other name, no other god. Any true Christian knows that no one has
access to God except through Jesus Christ. Any true Christian knows
that there is no God other than Jesus: that Jesus is the fullness of
the Godhead bodily. That is Christianity 101.

With the above understanding and because President Bush claims to be a
Christian, his statements should be regarded by Christians everywhere
as an admission of apostasy and an attack upon the fundamental
doctrine of Christ. Yet, there has been no reaction. No admonishments.
No calls for repentance. No warnings to Christians to reject such
heresy. No protestations whatsoever. Why? There is only one answer:
the church itself is in a state of apostasy!

I will say it plainly: today’s pastors and Christians seem to display
more loyalty and devotion to George W. Bush than they do to the Lord
Jesus Christ. This stands in stark contrast to Christians throughout
Church history.

Has the reader ever wondered why the early Christians were persecuted
by the Roman Empire? After all, the Roman Empire prided itself in
being one of the most tolerant and pluralistic of all societies.
People were free to worship any god they chose. There was complete
freedom of religion throughout the Empire. An old maxim said that
there were as many gods in Rome as there were people. Why, then, were
Christians singled out for persecution?

The reason Christians were persecuted while people of other beliefs
were not was not because they worshipped Jesus Christ. Obviously,
Jewish leaders persecuted the early Christians because of their hatred
of Jesus, which was due to the fact that He claimed to be their
Messiah and Savior–a claim they vehemently rejected. However, the
Roman Empire’s persecution of Christians was for an entirely different
matter.

Rome persecuted Christians because they believed that Jesus Christ was
the ONLY God. Under Roman law, Caesar was a god, equal to any other
god. Therefore, to be a good Roman, one had to worship Caesar. If one
chose to worship another deity, it was fine. As long as he also bowed
to Caesar. This was something the early Christians could not and would
not do.

You see, from the very beginning of Church history, Christians
believed that Jesus Christ was not a way, He was THE way; not a truth,
but THE truth; not a god, but THE God. And for this declaration, for
this conviction, and for this belief, early Christians were
persecuted, imprisoned, and fed to hungry lions.

Yet today, the Church of Jesus Christ sits silent and still when the
President of the United States, himself a professing Christian,
publicly denies the central doctrine of Christ and embraces the pagan
doctrine of universalism. Again, there is only one explanation: the
Church is in a state of apostasy.

Of course, as apostasy spreads throughout the country, the men of sin
will increase in strength and number. They will aggressively seek to
seduce and deceive the people–something they are already doing.
Furthermore, our Lord already instructed us as to what would happen
when such a condition occurs. He told us that when “the salt have lost
his savour . . . it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast
out, and to be trodden under foot of men.” (Matt. 5:13)

No wonder Jesus asked the question, “Nevertheless, when the Son of man
cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?” (Luke 18:8) Finding faith
and truth in the midst of apostasy would seem to be the challenge for
every true child of God these days.

Mitt Romney Still Trying To Deceive Christians!

Posted by soldierservant on November 10, 2007

This proves what an obvious liar Mitt is when he is a mormon that pretends to be christian. The worst part is that “Christian” religious right leaders are giving Romney advice on how to get Christians to vote for him by telling him to talk about “values” instead of faith. Values won’t take you to heaven or save this country and turn it back to God. As a matter of fact, values is legalism. Mormonism is a very legalistic cult, and so is freemasonry and so is Catholicism. That proves that these religious right leaders are freemasons not Christians.

Do Christians And Muslims Worship The Same God?

This column is archived at

According to President George W. Bush, Christians and Muslims worship
the same god. In fact, President Bush believes that EVERYONE worships
the same god, whether they be Christians, Muslims, or people of any
other religion. Don’t take my word for it: Mr. Bush made these
statements himself. I reported President Bush’s remarks in this column
just recently.

See http://www.chuckbaldwinlive.com/c2007/cbarchive_20071016.html

And http://www.chuckbaldwinlive.com/c2007/cbarchive_20071009.html

For the sake of those who missed it, ABC’s Charles Gibson recently
interviewed President George W. Bush. Here is a verbatim transcript
from that interview:

Obviously, this is not the confession of a Christian. It is the
confession of a universalist.

Bush’s beliefs remind me of the book co-authored by Muhammad Ali,
Thomas Houser, and Richard Dominick entitled Healing: A Journal of
Tolerance and Understanding. In this book Muhammad Ali writes, “If
you’re a good Muslim, if you’re a good Christian, if you’re a good
Jew: it doesn’t matter what religion you are, if you’re a good person,
you’ll receive God’s blessing.” (p. 3)

“The great monotheistic religions of the world all worship the same
God. They just call him by different names.” (p. 9)

“All people serve the same God. We just serve Him in different ways.”
(p. 32)

By definition, both President Bush and Muhammad Ali believe the same
thing: they are both universalists.

Baker’s Dictionary of Theology, page 539, defines Universalism this
way: “Universalism is the doctrine of ultimate well-being of every
person. The doctrine has a pagan and a Christian form. According to
the former, all will ultimately be happy because all are, by nature,
the creatures and children of God. The universalistic heresy (it is
rejected by the general tradition of the church–Eastern, Roman and
Protestant) in Christianity teaches that although all of the human
creatures of God have fallen into sin and are lost, all will be saved
through the universal redemption of Christ.”

President Bush’s infatuation with universalism is tied to his
commitment to universal (or global) government. You see, Bush is part
of an elitist cabal that is attempting to carve out an international
New World Order. And in order for global (or even regional) government
to take shape, there must be an acceptance of global religion. In
other words, universalism is the religion of the New World Order, the
United Nations, and all those who desire global government.

To anyone who understands the true message of Christ, however, the
doctrine of universalism is anathema.

Every true believer in Christ understands Him to be the God-Man, the
Creator-God become flesh (John 1:1-3, 14). We understand that Jesus is
the only way to Heaven (John 14:6). We take Christ at His word, when
He told us, “I and my Father are one.” (John 10:30) We believe Him
when He said, “[H]e that hath seen me hath seen the Father.” (John
14:9) We understand that Jesus is the “fulness of the Godhead bodily.”
(Col. 2:9)

No real Christian could say that every religion worships the same God
or that everyone is going to Heaven, regardless of who or what they
worship. Only a universalist could make such a statement. I say it
again, President Bush is a universalist.

Furthermore, because President Bush has convinced everyone that he is
a Christian, his erroneous remarks portend much evil. Why? Because
many professing Christians will take the word of an apostate President
over the word of their own pastors or even the very Word of God. This
is not to mention the damage he has done to the testimony of Christ in
giving unbelievers a false sense of security in worshipping false gods
and believing false doctrines.

Accordingly, I invite readers to view a Sunday address that I just
recently delivered to the people of my church. The title of the
address is, “Do Christians and Muslims Worship The Same God?” There is
no charge to watch or download this video sermon. One may even
download the message as an MP3 file for use in one’s IPOD. In fact, I
pray that God will give the message wide distribution. It just might
be the most important message I have ever delivered. See the video
sermon here:
http://www.chuckbaldwinlive.com/sermonvideo.html

After listening to this message, a visitor told one of our ushers on
the way out, “I came here believing in universalism. But now I am a
Christian.” I am afraid that there are many tens of thousands of
people attending our churches all across America today who are not
Christians, but have followed President Bush into the false religion
of universalism.  Please watch the video sermon.

Plus, if anyone would like to have DVD copies made of this video
sermon, we might be able to make these available as well. If you are

Bob Jones Dances With The Devil by Chuck Baldwin

Accordng to this Romney is as bad as Giuliani.Well the religious right are known by their fruits when they support this. I had figured since Romney comes from an ultraliberal state that he is the same.

The Washington Times carried an Associated Press report entitled, “Bob
Jones III endorses Mitt Romney.” Here are excerpts:

“Bob Jones III, chancellor of the Christian fundamentalist school
named for his family, is endorsing Republican Mitt Romney for
president.

“Romney’s campaign confirmed Jones’ endorsement today.”

According to the report Jones told a Greenville, South Carolina
newspaper that “supporting Romney is critical to make sure former New
York Mayor Rudy Giuliani doesn’t win the GOP nomination and that
Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton doesn’t win
the election.

“‘If it turns out to be Giuliani and Hillary, we’ve got two pro-choice
candidates, and that would be a disaster,’ Jones told The Greenville
News for a story on its Web site today.”

Jones also said, “As a Christian I am completely opposed to the
doctrines of Mormonism. But I’m not voting for a preacher. I’m voting
for a president. It boils down to who can best represent conservative
American beliefs, not religious beliefs.”

Bob Jones’ endorsement of the former Massachusetts governor
illustrates just how low the Religious Right will go in compromising
bedrock principle for the sake of political expediency.  Jones says he
is supporting Romney so as to help defeat Rudy Giuliani. I very much
want to see what Jones will do if and when Giuliani gets the
Republican nomination. I would anticipate that he will continue to
follow his current modus operandi and support Giuliani, because he
would then say that Giuliani is the “lesser of two evils.”

Why do I say that? Because Jones is already demonstrating that he will
support one liberal over another liberal. Mitt Romney is not a
conservative–not by any measure of the word. And I am confident that
Bob Jones knows it.

Romney’s entire political career has been built by catering to the
eastern liberal establishment. That he is now attempting to remake
himself into a conservative (and that Christian “leaders” are willing
to assist this façade) is both laughable and detestable!

In his endorsement announcement, Jones said, “If it turns out to be a
Giuliani and Hillary, we’ve got two pro-choice candidates, and that
would be a disaster.”

DUH!

Where has Bob Jones III been for the last two decades? Mitt Romney has
been a consistent pro-abortion politician since entering public life.
His track record is there for anyone who wants to examine it. Here are
a few facts Dr. Bob should have looked at before he embarrassed
himself and Bob Jones University with this stupidly naïve endorsement.

According to one well-researched account, “Mitt Romney has a long
history of supporting pro-abortion candidates and causes, and
aggressively sought the support and endorsement of groups such as
NARAL and Planned Parenthood. Indeed, Romney is still listed today as
a member of the Republican Main Street Partnership, a group supported
by Billionaire leftist George Soros dedicated to shifting the GOP
leftward on social issues such as abortion rights and stem cell
research.

“Romney also has a history of assisting the careers of other prominent
pro-abortion politicians. In the 1992 presidential race, Romney
endorsed and voted for pro-abortion liberal Democrat Paul Tsongas in
the Democratic primary and just three years ago endorsed and made a
television ad for Democrat Salt Lake City mayor Rocky Anderson, a
former Planned Parenthood attorney.

“As Governor, he issued state proclamations honoring ‘Right to Privacy
Day’ which until 2005, specifically referenced the Roe vs. Wade case.

“Romney repeatedly took extreme stances on abortion throughout his
career and consistently made statements such as this one: ‘I believe
that Roe v. Wade has been the law for 20 years, that we should sustain
and support it . . .'”

“There simply is no doubt that Romney was one of the most pro-abortion
Republican office holders in the country.”

As to the issue of “gay rights,” Mitt Romney’s record is equally
clear. He has consistently facilitated the radical homosexual agenda.

According to a World Net Daily report, “A website paid for and
authorized by the Massachusetts Democratic Party has posted a picture
of a flier reportedly passed out at a 2002 ‘gay pride’ event by
then-gubernatorial candidate Mitt Romney expressing support for
homosexual rights.

“The flier, on red paper, claims to have been paid for by ‘the Romney
for Governor Committee and Kerry Murphy Healey Committee’ and reads,
‘Mitt and Kerry wish you a great Pride Weekend.'”

For Mitt Romney to now say that he “took every conceivable step within
the law to defend traditional marriage” is just so much hooey,
according to my good friend, Harvard law school graduate and founding
dean of Regent University’s law school, Herb Titus. Read the report
at:
http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=56674

On the subject of  gun control, Mitt Romney promised that he would not
lift a finger to “chip away” at the gun laws in Massachusetts–a state
that has some of the most draconian gun restrictions in the country.

As recently as 2002, Mitt Romney said, “We do have tough gun laws in
Massachusetts; I support them.”

Owners of America’s report at:

Obviously, Mitt Romney is a chameleon who will say anything to anybody
in order to get elected. He has flipped and flopped more than John
Kerry ever dreamed about. Only an idiot would believe anything this
man says. For a very revealing look at Romney’s two-faced,
double-talk, go here:
http://www.romneyfacts.com/redblue.php

Thankfully, not everyone within the Religious Right has been duped by
Mitt Romney. Janet Folger recently wrote the following about the
chameleon.

“And then there’s Mitt Romney, making a convenient flip from his
ardent pro-abortion stance just in time to run for president. It just
seems to me that if you really come to the realization that
dismembering children is not good public policy, you’d remember not to
FUND it with taxpayer dollars in your state health-care plan . . .
after such a conversion. Oh yeah, suddenly he’s pro-marriage, too. So
why did Romney publicly beat up on pro-marriage activist Brian
Camenker last month? It that’s how he treats people on our side of the
issue, that doesn’t bode well for future White House relations. And
finally, mandating that homosexual ‘marriage licenses’ be issued
without any change in the law requiring it (in direct violation of the
Massachusetts State Constitution) isn’t very convincing, either.”

Romney has not fooled World Net Daily editor Joseph Farah, either.
Here is what Farah said about Mitt Romney:

“Don’t be fooled by this political chameleon, this charlatan, this
pretender to the throne. He’s as phone as a three-dollar campaign
promise.”

Folks, here is the problem: Christian leaders such as Bob Jones III
have succumbed to the temptation to become glorified politicians. They
surrendered their convictions thirty years ago when the old Moral
Majority married the Republican Party. Ever since then, Republican
politicians have made a living by making dupes out of the so-called
Religious Right.

There is another problem: our so-called Christian “leaders” crave
attention. They desire notoriety. They are obsessed with having access
to power. They want a seat at the king’s table. As a result, they are
willing to believe the lies being told them by shrewd and cunning
frauds–as long as they are Republicans, of course. As Doc Holliday
said in the movie Tombstone, “My hypocrisy only goes so far.”

Accordingly, our Christian “leaders” will never promote a man’s
candidacy on principle alone. They want to pick a “winner.” They want
to be on the good side of the last guy standing–even if that guy is a
no-good, compromising louse.

In addition, there is yet another problem: for the most part, our
illustrious Christian “leaders” are willfully ignorant of the
importance of  constitutional government. They either don’t understand
it, or don’t want to understand it. Whatever the reason, issues such
as national independence and sovereignty and globalism do not even
show up on their radar. I’m not sure they have even read the
Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of
Rights. If they have, they sure don’t act like it.

Dr. Bob apparently does not realize that when our President takes his
oath of office, he does not promise to “represent conservative
American beliefs.” Instead, he promises to “preserve, protect and
defend the Constitution of the United States.”

I wonder, too, if Dr. Bob has ever heard of the Security and
Prosperity Partnership (SPP). Has he ever heard of the NAFTA
superhighway? Does he have a clue about the globalist agenda of the
Council on Foreign Relations? Does he even realize that there is a
burgeoning North American Union developing?  I doubt it. I further
doubt that he has read Dr. Jerry Corsi’s book “The Late Great USA.”

In his endorsement of Mitt Romney, Dr. Bob Jones III also said, “This
all about beating Hillary.” Oh, really?

Since when does a preacher of the Gospel and Christian educator put
electing charlatans (of any political party) ahead of standing for
truth and doing right? And this leads to another problem.

Our Christian “leaders” have forgotten what it means to stand on
principle. They have gotten so bogged down in politics that they have
forsaken the divine call to be watchmen on the wall. If Bob Jones III
would be as concerned about standing for truth and principle as he is
about “beating Hillary,” many others might be encouraged to do the
same–and we preachers might actually be able to have a positive
impact upon the direction of our country. As it is, our Christian
“leaders” are not only not helping to lead our nation out of its
current mess, they are actually contributing to the problem, as Dr.
Jones’ endorsement of Mitt Romney illustrates.

Furthermore, what is Dr. Bob going to say to the students and
graduates of Bob Jones University? How can he justify all the years of
“separation” preaching that BJU is known for? Where is his
consistency? How can he now turn around and convince his students that
all those Christian “standards” regarding the fellowship of light with
darkness, reproving evil, contending for the faith, etc., apply only
to areas outside politics? Obviously, BJU students now know that when
it comes to politics, we can cast all those principles aside. It makes
one wonder what other areas of the Christian life are exempt from
Biblical principles. Maybe our business life? But that’s a subject for
another day.

I believe Dr. Bob’s grandfather must be turning over in his grave. I
don’t know how many times I have heard the “big” fundamentalist
preachers quote Dr. Bob Jones, Sr. as saying, “Do right if the stars
fall!”

Instead of doing right, however, Bob Jones III would rather dance with
the devil.
